Attendant, London

Attendant is an Australian inspired cafe focused on quality food and fair trade coffee. It brings its values together with delicious food and a chic atmosphere; (and their food really is as beautiful as it looks on Instagram).

The cafe is flooded with natural light, making it a great place to take pictures, although my favorite decoration were the plants that were tucked in the corners and hanging from the ceiling. Something about filling a space with live plants makes it feel easier to embrace the time spend inside during the winter months.

The Attendsnt ethos also focuses on ethically sourced food from local farms. Their milk comes from the Estate Dairy a small farm where the cows are treated humanly and the milk is proceeded in a naturally way. I love that they make the effort to pay more money for sustainably sourced animal produces.

I tried a delicious oat milk latte; and after learning more about its sourcing I really admire their ethos. The coffee is sourced from small farms where everyone involved in it’s processing are well paid for their time. And with their baristas in-depth understanding of the coffee the end result a quality brew that; and you can feel good about where it’s coming from.
